Trio Selected for England Masters 10k: Charlie

A number of Welly athletes have been selected to represent England at the International Representative 10km race 2027 following their performances at Tape2Tape Events Ørsted #GreatGrimsby10k.

All three athletes will debut for their country, earning their first England vest as masters athletes.

Last up is Charlie Thornton, who was the second lady, 39th overall, and first V35W, with her time of 34:43.

Charlie has been breaking club records across multiple distances since entering the masters categories and has earned the right to represent her country.
