Dates for the 2010 series are:- 26 May, 30 June, 28 July and 25 August.

The 5k races start at 7.30pm.  There are Under 17, Under 20, Senior and Veteran men and women categories.

The 3k races start at 7.02pm.  There are Under 13 and Under 15 boys and girls categories.

The 1k races start at 7pm.  There are Under 11 boys and girls categories.

All ages groups are based on the runner's age on the date of the first race (26 May 2010).  For a full explanation of age groups for the 2010 races, click here.

Entry fees (1k race) are:- £3 per race, £9 for the series.

Entry fees (3k race) are:- £4 per race, £12 for the series.

Entry fees (5k race) are:- £5 per race for affiliated athletes, £7 for non-affiliated athletes.  £15 for the series for affiliated athletes, £23 for non-affiliated athletes.

There are prizes for overall series winners (first 3 in each category).  To qualify for prizes, you must complete at least 3 of the 4 races and finish in the first three overall in your gender/age group.
