Lincoln Wellington athletes made light work of the muddy Riseholme College circuit to claim a remarkable 11 of the 12 team titles at the re-arranged Lincolnshire County Cross Country Championships.
And, despite the absence of a number of the club's top athletes, the Wellington squad also picked up 8 of the 12 individual titles to complete an outstanding day for the Lincoln team.
There was a clean sweep for Wellington in both of the U20 races.
Rochelle Harrison led home Georgia Ball and Holly Haywood in the women's contest and Shane Robinson was followed in by Chris Woodger and Jack Cornwell in the
men's event. There was a further 1-2-3 for Wellington in the U17
Women's race which went to Laura Donnelly with Libbie Reed 2nd and Sheridan McWilliam 3rd.
Hester Talbot followed these in 5th place with Sam Hood taking 7th spot.
Abby Donnelly completed a family double with a good win in the U13 Girl's race with Rebekah Ward 2nd, Clara Temple 5th and Lucy Reed 7th.
The U15 Girl's contest went to the very promising Emma Tonner. Bo Haywood was not far behind in 3rd with Sidney Cherrie 6th, Rhiannon Philps 10th and Lucy Helas 12th.
The U17 Men's race resembled a Wellington club championship. Nathan Page was 1st across the line clear of Ronnie Wilson in 2nd place.
Ian Maplethorpe followed this pair in 4th with Matt Bee 5th, Ryan Stevenson 6th and Adam Baker 7th.
Matt Bowser outclassed the opposition in the Senior Men's race to win by a very big margin.
Paul Samways 7th and John Barton 9th completed the winning team with Simon Machin 10th, Mark Lovett 11th and George Shuttleworth 13th.
Les Ball took the Veteran Men's title comfortably with Neil Coney in 3rd spot, Geoff Hall 13th and Peter Wass 15th.
In the U13 Boy's race, Alex Humberstone finished in the runner-up spot with Declan Dickinson in 3rd place.
Joe Shuttleworth followed in 7th ahead of Dion Harrison 9th, Daniel Skinner 10th and Max Chapman 16th.
Haran Dunderdale was also in the runner-up berth in the U15's
contest. Sam Shuttleworth chased him home in 3rd with Dylan Love 5th, Harry Baxter 10th and Anthony Read 12th.
With several athletes not in the line-up, the Senior Women collected a slightly surprising team title.
Becky Rowley picked up 2nd place and the team was completed by Susie Ardron in 4th spot and Janette Dunderdale 7th.
The only title to escape the Wellington squad was the Veteran Women's where Ann Gilroy crossed the line in 5th place followed by Ann Storr 11th and Pat Kimpton 16th.
