Joe Dunderdale smashed the 25-year-old club record in the U17M Javelin competition with a terrific throw of 53.54m which gave him an entry standard to the English Schools Championships later in the summer.  Not to be outdone, younger sister Hannah followed up with her own excellent performance and her throw of 30.09m also gained her the English Schools standard.

New member Sarah Stanhope had posted a new club U17W Hammer record earlier in the season and this was further improved with a fine throw of 39.78m and a third English Schools standard.
