The Lincoln Wellington coaches produced the goods yet again with LWAC athletes winning
5 of the 8 races in the Lincolnshire Schools XC Championships.
Encouragingly, a number of athletes competing against children a school year older then them also produced good performances to finish in the top eight and therefore qualify for the experience of the National Championships
at Stanford Hall in March.
Catrina Thomas and Bradley Kent set the standard, winning both of
the Year 7 races. Richard Brine and Ronnie Wilson comfortably won the
Junior Boys and Intermediate Boys races. Georgia Ball sealed a
successful day for LWAC with a victory in the Senior Girls race.
