Several LWAC juniors competed in the 10km warm up races.  

In the primary schools race over 1.5km, Alex Humberstone was 1st home in the Boys race in a very creditable time of 5m 39s.  The next LWAC runner home was the 1st Girl Catrina Thomas in 6m 02s and just a few seconds behind was our third runner and 2nd girl Abbie Donnelly in 6m 20s.

In the secondary schools race over 3km, Dylan Love ran extremely well to finish 5th in 11m 00s.  He was followed home by Joshua Malt 15th in 12m 51s, Connor Malt 16th in 12m 57s and Jason Spering 20th in 13m 08s.

In the Girls race there was a clean sweep for LWAC girls.  1st home was Rhiannon Philps in 12m 13s, closely followed in 2nd by Rebecca Wells in 12m 21s.  The next runner home in 3rd was Isobel Lord in 12m 41s, Jade Toulson then came home 4th in 12m 58s.
