Three Lincoln Wellington athletes travelled down to Bedford to compete in the EVAC XC Champs and all three came back with a medal.

Weather was very windy and course was flat but very boggy under foot.

Men 8km (57 ran) : Adie Marston finished 3rd M45 and 10th overall.

Women 4Km (27 ran) : Betty Stracey 2nd W65 and 20th overall with Dot Fraser coming home in 3rd W65 and 26th overall.
