Matt Bowser grabbed a terrific 9th place in the men's race in a new personal best and club record time of 30m 20s. In the process he had some very well known distance runners trailing in behind him and the 30 minute barrier is surely now in sight for him.

A remarkable performance came from Harriet Canter in the women's race with 11th place in a fantastic new personal best of 36m 35s - over three minutes off her previous best time for the distance. Great runs from both athletes.
