On Sat 1st July a small contingent of the athletes ventured across the Humber Bridge for the Second Humberside Track & Field Meeting at the Costello Stadium, Hull. Highlights of the day were performances by Maia Brufton who did particularly well in her first athletics meeting in the under 11 Girls age group running 100m in 15.9secs (2nd), jumping 3.21m(5th) in the long Jump and Throwing the Wizzer 17.35m (3rd). Vicki Lawrence U13G who clipped 5 seconds off her 800m pb winning the race in 2.31.6 and Mick Jagger who despite the heat became the Seniors Mens 5k Humberside County Champion with a time of 15.35.5.

Others results were U15 Boys Joe Dunderdale HJ 1.40m (1st), Sp 7.71m (1st), Dis 20.72m (2nd) - U15 Girls Hester Talbot 200m 29.2secs (3rd), 800m 2.33.5 (2nd), Dis 13.67m (3rd) - U13 Girls Hannah Dunderdale 70mH 11.7secs (1st) 200m 28.8secs (2nd) Hj 1.20m (2nd) - Vicki Lawrence 200m 29.3 (3rd) HJ 1.30m (1st) - U11 Boys Haran Dunderdale 800m 2.46.5 (1st), LJ 3.42 (4th), HJ 1.20 (1st).
