Dates for the 2006 series are:- 24 May, 28 June, 26 July and 30 August.

The 5k races start at 7.30pm.  There are Under 17, Under 20, Senior and Veteran men and women categories.

The 3k races start at 7pm.  There are Under 13 and Under 15 boys and girls categories.

The 1k races start at 7pm.  There are Under 11 boys and girls categories.

All ages groups are based on the runner's age on the date of the first race (24 May 2006).

Entry fees (1k race) are:- £2 per race (plus £1 extra for entries on the day). £7 for the series.

Entry fees (3k race) are:- £3 per race (plus £1 extra for entries on the day). £10 for the series.

Entry fees (5k race) are:- £3 per race for affiliated athletes, £5 for non-affiliated athletes (plus £1 extra for entries on the day).  £10 for the series for affiliated athletes, £18 for non-affiliated athletes.

There are prizes for overall series winners (first 3 in each category).  To qualify for prizes, you must compete in at least 3 of the 4 races.
