LWAC - Trafford AC Open Meeting - Stretford

There were some high class Wellington performances at the latest Trafford AC open meeting at Manchester. Matt Bowser is in his best ever shape at the moment and confirmed this by winning the A 800m in great style in a personal best and club record equalling 1.51.4. Tom Doe ran encouragingly in the same race to finish 5th in 1.55.9. In the subsequent 800m races there were personal best times for Tom Duffield (2.05.9), Sarah Coates (2.21.08) and Hayley Brylewski (2.23.03). There was also a season's best 2.39.34 for Kathy Warhurst.
