Dates for the 2003 series are:- 21 May, 25 June, 16 July and 13 August.

The 5k races start at 7.30pm.  There are Under 17, Under 20, Senior and Veteran men and women categories.

The 3k races start at 7pm.  There are Under 13 and Under 15 boys and girls categories.

Entry fees (per race) are:- £3 for affiliated athletes, £4 for non-affiliated athletes.  There is an extra charge of 50p per person for entries on the day.

There are prizes for overall series winners (first 3 in each category).  To qualify for prizes, you must compete in at least 3 of the 4 races.
