Asda 1/3 Marathon - North Hykeham
18 November 2001

A few of the club’s keen road running squad contested the Asda 1/3rd marathon in Lincoln. Annette Bell was 3rd in the senior women’s category with a time of 58 minutes. Betty Stracey came back in 72 minutes 37 seconds to pick up the 1st veteran over 55 award and Pat Kimpton reached the finish in 75.25. Anthony Gerundini led the men’s squad back in 59.30 with Brian Fox next to finish in 60.48, and Larry Allen (68.55) and Simon Kimpton (78.44) completing the Wellington contingent.
