LWAC retains records of best performances per age group for standard distances and events in track and field, indoor, and road.
If you believe that you have bettered any of these performances, please email the
Records Secretary
with the following details:-
Name of athlete, age group of athlete, date, venue and title of meeting/event, performance (eg. time/height/distance), position
in event, number of competitors in event. You must also include a link to the results from the meeting/event in order for the
performance to be verified.
