Sunday 27th March 2005:  Congratulations to 2 of our runners who achieved club records in last week's Louth 10 mile race.  They were Peter Duncan (V40) with 62mins 15secs and Barry Carey (V55) with 63mins 35secs.
Sunday 27th March 2005:  A brief report on the recent European Masters Indoor Championships in Sweden.  Congratulations to Betty Stracey on setting 2 club records at the meeting.
Wednesday 23rd March 2005:  Results from last Sunday's Louth 10 mile race are now available. Results for the Fun Run are also available.
Saturday 12th March 2005:  Results from today's English Schools Cross Country Championships in Norwich are now available on the ESAA website.
Sunday 6th March 2005:  Results from yesterday's Reebok Inter-Counties Cross Country meeting are now available on the UKA website.  A summary of LWAC performances is available here.
Friday 25th February 2005:  Tony Gerundini reports on last weekend's Sleaford Half Marathon.
Tuesday 22nd February 2005:  The timetable for the Inter-Counties Cross Country meeting is now available on the Lincolnshire Athletics Association website.  There is also important information for athletes about tagging.
Sunday 20th February 2005:  The Lincolnshire Runner, our local running shop, have given their website a complete overhaul so that they can better show the range of stock they have.  Find it at www.lincolnshirerunner.com.
Saturday 19th February 2005:  Results for today's National Cross Country Championships in Cofton Park, Birmingham are now available from the Sportsoft website.
Saturday 5th February 2005:  Lara Thomas reports on the boys and mens races at last weekend's North of England Cross Country Championships.
Tuesday 1st February 2005:  Becki Jones reports on the girls and ladies races at last weekend's North of England Cross Country Championships.
Tuesday 1st February 2005:  Membership subscriptions are now overdue.  Would all members who have not yet paid please do so as soon as possible.
Saturday 29th January 2005:  Results from today's North of England Cross Country Championships in Consett are now available.
Tuesday 25th January 2005:  Becki Jones reports on the recent County Cross Country Championships.
Sunday 23rd January 2005:  The North of England website now has some additional information about next Saturday's North of England Cross Country Championships.
Friday 21st January 2005:  Results from last Sunday's Lincolnshire Cross Country Championships are now available.
Wednesday 19th January 2005:  Dates for the Lincs League Track & Field fixtures as well as the County Champs and the Combined Events champs have now been added to this year's Track & Field fixture list.
Tuesday 18th January 2005:  Details of the 2005 Woodhall Spa Sprint Triathlon are now available on the LincolnTri website.
Friday 14th January 2005:  Results from last weekend's Lincs League XC races in Woodhall Spa are now available.  Series winners (based on best 3 finishes) are also listed.
Thursday 13th January 2005:  Information about the North of England Cross Country championships in Consett on 29th January is now available.  This includes details of how to find the site from the A1, the race timetable, and also information for those wanting to take photos or videos on the day.
Sunday 9th January 2005:  The course map and timetable for next week's County Cross Country Championships at the London Road venue in Louth are now available.
Saturday 8th January 2005:  The Track & Field fixtures page has been updated with 2005 events.  A number of dates/venues are still unknown and will be entered as soon as I find them out.
Friday 7th January 2005:  Congratulations to Dot Fraser, Betty Stracey and Lesley Bryant, who feature in the 2004 Vet Women UK rankings.  Dot was ranked 1st in the W65 200m and 400m rankings, 2nd in the 100m and 3rd in the long jump and hammer.  Betty was ranked 2nd in the W60 10,000m and 3rd in the 5,000m.  Lesley was ranked 2nd in the W45 shot and discus.
Monday 3rd January 2005:  Details for the 4th Lincs League match, scheduled for 9th January in Woodhall Spa, are now available.  Please note that presentations for the series will take place during the County Championships at Louth on 16th January.
