Sunday's Woodhall Spa Half Marathon are now available.
Monday 2nd June 2003: Full results from yesterday's
excellent Woodhall Spa Sprint Triathlon are now available on the LincolnTri
web site.
Monday 26th May 2003: Thanks to a herculean effort from
Kathy Warhurst in trawling through old results, the club
records have been updated. 1 mile records have now been
included.
Saturday 24th May 2003: The results
from Wednesday's LWAC Summer Road Race Series races have been updated
to correct a small number of errors.
Thursday 22nd May 2003: Results
from last night's LWAC Summer Road Race Series races are now available.

Tuesday 20th May 2003: Louth
AC have published the results of last week's Wold Dash races.

Thursday 15th May 2003: Well done to Wellington runner
Blue Haywood, who ran in the Notts County Championships last weekend,
winning the U13 Girls 1500m by a large margin in 5mins 12.9secs.
She backed this up with a 2nd place in the 800m and a 5th place in the
200m.

League match in Grantham.
Tuesday 29th April 2003: A new event is coming to
Lincoln on 7th June. It is the npower Dash. The main race will
see 6 to 8 runners racing to complete a course during the chimes of
Lincoln Cathedral at midday. This will be supported by other fun
events from 10am, including a high jump display and competition,
junior races around the circuit, mile races for adults and also relay
races. Anyone interested in taking part in the events should

Monday 14th April 2003: The London Marathon web site
now has revised times and positions for all of our runners. Updated
information is available here.
Monday 14th April 2003: Louth AC have produced a poster
to advertise their Wolds Dash Series for this year. Click
here to download it. The Series gives a great opportunity
for runners from the oldest vets to the Under-9s to race in a safe and
friendly environment during the summer months. Prizes will be
awarded to the series winners (best 4 performances will count).
Spot prizes at all races. Entry on the night only.

Saturday 12th April 2003: Rob Lewis reports on last
weekend's AAA
Young Athlete Road Relays in Sutton Park.
Saturday 12th April 2003: Following today's course at
Yarborough, we now have 10 new Level 1
coaches. This will enable us to improve our already strong
coaching support for athletes. A Level 2 course is to be planned
for Lincoln later in the year.
Monday 7th April 2003: Congratulations to all the LWAC
runners who completed the Lincoln 10k yesterday. We would
normally publish a list of all of our runners and their performances,
but there appears to be some serious errors in the official published
results. However, the following people are especially worthy of
mention:- Matt Bowser, 2nd overall with a new club record time of
30mins 28secs; Andy Shepherd, 2nd MV45 and 14th overall with 33mins
22secs; Ian Kimpton, 1st MU17 and 35th overall with 35mins 11secs; and
Jim Edwards, 1st MV60 and 113th overall with 39mins 08secs.
Sunday 6th April 2003: Well done to Dave Strangeway and
Jim Diamond who ran the Paris Marathon today, coming back in 4:04:20
and 4:05:03 respectively.
Tuesday 1st April 2003: We have now received our supply
of new vests with the club name on. They are available from Dot
Fraser on club nights. Prices are £17.50 for crop tops, £15 for
normal vests (mens and womens) and £13 for XS size vests.
