Monday 26th March 2001:  I have added a new section to the site which will give information about Lincoln Wellington athletes and a statistical record of their 2001 track and field season. I will be giving athletes survey forms on club nights. If you would like to be included, ask me for a form or email me.

Tuesday 13th March 2001:  The European Veterans Indoor Athletics Championships took place in Bordeaux, France, last weekend. Congratulations to Dot Fraser who added more gold medals to her growing collection, Betty Stracey another gold medal and Judi Stafford who won a bronze medal. Read about their successes here.

Lincoln Wellington's veteran athletes had a successful time at the UK Veterans Indoor Athletics Championships which were held at Cardiff on 17/18 February 2001. For a report, look here.

On the 10th of February 2001 the Club achieved the best win in the club's cross country history. Rachael Nathan won the under 15 girls race at the Reebok Inter-Counties Cross Country championships.
