About Lincoln Wellington AC
Founded in 1911, Lincoln Wellington Athletic Club (LWAC) is the primary focus for athletics in the city of Lincoln in the UK.  The name originates from the Duke of Wellington (a public house in Broadgate) that was the location for the meeting at which the club was established.
